Owner Charles Partin has created a competitive and knowledgeable construction company, specializing in commercial and industrial roofing. Charles has over fifteen years of experience in roofing applications. Growing up in Baton Rouge, he attended Catholic High School and then graduated from LSU in 2004 with a B.S. in Construction Management. Charles is also a certified associate constructor thru the American Institute of Constructors.

Miguel Plascencia is Partin Roofing’s lead estimator and project manager. Miguel has over five years of experience in commercial roofing and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Guadalajara. Miguel’s bilingualism and strong work ethic fill a vital role at Partin Roofing.

Marti Louviere is originally from Lake Charles and has nearly a decade of accounting experience. Marti holds a degree in economics from LSU and has been with Partin Roofing for two years. Marti makes it look easy, working diligently to manage the many facets of a fast-paced construction office.
